Is sales tax applicable?
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped to addresses within CA. For orders shipped to other locations, sales tax does not apply.
My order has been returned!
Oh no! Undeliverable orders happen. Impact Charms, LLC will reship your order a second time after it has been returned to us and we have verified your delivery address. Due to the high cost of international shipping, we can only offer this service for domestic orders.
I never received my order.
If you have not received your order after checking the tracking status, please contact your carrier for further information.
I haven’t received any confirmation of my order.
If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order, it is possible the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly. Customer Service is happy to help – just drop us a note here. We’ll get it sorted!
How do I know my credit card/personal information is secure?
All of your information is secure. We use SSL encryption to ensure that all of your information remains confidential. Any information, including your credit card details, is transferred directly to us via an encrypted transfer. We do not store you credit card information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and processing begins as soon as your order is submitted. For this reason, we often cannot cancel or change an order once it is placed. Please immediately contact our Customer Care team here if you need to change your order rather than applying for a return. Let us know the order number and what you want to change to expedite this process. We will do everything we can to assist you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping. However, our products come with a beautiful insert about the jewelry, your charity, and the impact your purchase or gift has made.
Can I use my purchase as a tax deduction?
Impact Charms, LLC donates 10% from the purchase of each item to the associated cause at the end of every month. Because Impact Charms makes the donation to the charity, we believe that our customers are not eligible to claim the deduction as well.
When will I receive my order?
We’re excited, too!
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving them. Holiday rush times may add an additional business day. The arrival date will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Culver City, CA.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide for a flat rate of $19.95 (2 to 3 weeks delivery time) and $49.95 flat rate (1-2 week delivery time).
When ordering internationally, please check your country’s customs fees, duties and other taxes on incoming goods for additional costs that may be levied on your order. Impact Charms cannot predict what the taxes or fees will be because each country has its own individual governing laws.
What’s your return policy?
We’re not happy unless you’re happy! If, for any reason, you wish to return your Impact Charms™ purchase, we will gladly offer a full refund of the purchase price for your unworn item, in the original packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization. Return policy is not valid on sale/clearance items or customized pieces.
All shipping costs are nonrefundable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping for any returned merchandise.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you do not have an account please contact our Customer Care team here. We will provide a Return Authorization and notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
All goods will be inspected upon return and must be in original condition. Please include all original parts, charms, and packaging included with your order.

How long does it take to process a refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks of sending your package back; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Can I return a gift?
Gift recipients are eligible for online merchandise credit or exchange. Alternately, the purchaser can return the item for a refund.
What if there was an order error or I received a defective product?
Everyone makes mistakes! But we want to fix it right away. If you received an incorrect order or faulty product, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Defective claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt. Contact our Customer Care team here with your order number and a description of the issue in order to obtain a return authorization. We apologize, but returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization.
If shipping a defective product back to Impact Charms, customers should choose the same service as when the product was delivered and insure the item for full value as Impact Charms cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. If an item is defective, Impact Charms will credit back return standard shipping charges to original payment method and repair/replace and reship the item free of charge.
How long is your product warranty/guarantee?
Impact Charms™ are quality products handmade with vegan materials. We offer a one-year limited warranty on our products that covers defects and breakage not due to excessive wear and tear or misuse. Please see our jewelry care FAQ for proper care of your product.
How do I send my bracelet back for a warranty repair?
Warranty repair returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization. Please contact our Customer Care team here with your name, order number, and a photo of the warranty issue to obtain a Return Authorization and return shipping address. Warranty repair returns must arrive within one year of purchase accompanied by original sales receipt and Return Authorization.
Do you cover wear and tear?
Impact Charms does not warranty against excessive wear and tear, for example if the charm is exposed to excessive force and breaks or the clasp is exposed to harsh chemicals and is adversely affected. How can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! You can purchase an e-gift card just like any other product and you’ll be able to print it out right away.
Can I get a refund or return my Impact Charms Gift Card or eGift Card?
Impact Charms Gift Cards and eGift Cards may be redeemed for cash to the extent required by applicable state law.
What can I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
We are happy to help you if your card is lost or stolen or if you need us to resend your eGift Card to your gift recipient. Please contact our Customer Care team here with your name and order number and we will be happy to assist.
When will I see my story online?
Stories must be read and approved prior to posting. Often we post stories in conjunction with awareness months. We do try to post stories within 30 days of receipt. You can submit your story here.
Can I post anonymously?
Yes, if you want to tell your story anonymously we still welcome your post.

Are your jewelry materials non-toxic?
Yes, Impact Charms™ materials are lead and nickel safe.
Is your jewelry cruelty free?
Yes! The team at Impact Charms loves animals – and some of our pets report to work every day! All of our jewelry is created using animal-friendly vegan leather and sustainable cork. No animals have been harmed in creating your jewelry. Our products are 100% cruelty free. You can wear your Impact Charms bracelet knowing that our products are ethical, animal friendly and sustainable.
How do I care for my Impact Charms™ jewelry?
Impact Charms™ bands are made from cork and microfiber (vegan suede). The bracelet also features a hand-casted bezel with custom art and resin and a magnetic metal closure. Each piece of jewelry is handmade in the United States.
To care for your jewelry:
• Avoid wearing metal plated jewelry in mineral baths, spas and swimming pools, as the salt water and chlorine may affect the metal and suede or cork finish.
• Remove your jewelry before exercising and prior to bedtime. Excessive perspiration and body oils can sometimes surface tarnish the piece.
• Before putting on jewelry, be sure any lotions, perfumes and make up are absorbed into your skin. Apply all hair products, especially hair spray, before you put on the jewelry.
• Cork and vegan suede elements can be wiped clean using a damp cloth and allowed to dry naturally.
• Metal elements can be polished with a clean, dry cloth.
Can I wear my bracelet in water?
While cork is naturally water resistant, in order to keep your bracelet looking its best we do not recommend you wear it in the water. Getting your Impact Charms™ bracelet wet will not ruin it, but be sure to clean and preserve your bracelet if it does happen to get wet and allow it to air dry naturally. Are Rare Earth Neodymium magnets safe to wear near pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators?
Impact Charms™ bracelets are made with Rare Earth Neodymium magnets. While these magnets are small they are strong and could potentially impact medical devices sensitive to proximity to magnet fields, such as ICDs or pacemakers. Consult your physician before wearing any jewelry that contains magnets.
Charities and Impact
How much of my purchase goes to my charity?
Impact Charms, LLC donates 10% of your purchase price directly to the charity on your charm. For example, if you purchase the Alzeheimer’s Charm, 10% of that purchase is donated to Alzeheimers.org.
Are your products cruelty free and sustainably made?
Impact Charms wants to make an impact on charities and the environment. You can feel good about every purchase because these handmade products are made in the United States, sustainable, and cruelty free.
Our main band component, cork, is both vegan and hypoallergenic. Cork oaks are not damaged or cut down to harvest cork. In fact, the trees have a typical life span of over 200 years and regular harvesting of the bark of the cork oak actually contributes to the health of the tree.
Cork oak forests are also home to over 25,000 species of animals, including endangered birds, plants and wildcats.
Our vegan suede is made without PVC or harmful chemicals. It is completely sustainable and cruelty free.
Our metals are certified lead free.
